SAT KRIYA | Energizing Morning Yoga Kriya to Awaken Kundalini (11 Min)
This kriya is famous for balancing what's called the lower triangle (the lower three chakras). Join me as we draw our energy from the lower chakras up to the higher chakras... you'll feel awake and alive in a very short amount of time!

When we get started, note how the navel really pulls back towards the spine on the "sat" and releases on the "nam." I used to be really aggressive with this motion, causing my back to arch - which is not what you want! See if you can make it not just about the navel, but the pelvic floor as well, with more of a subtle internal squeeze. This exercise will be much more enjoyable if you're gentle - trust me!
