Episode 35 - Robert Forto | Mushing Alaska

This week we got to chat with long time podcast host Robert Forto. He has been putting out episodes about mushing since 2009 and been involved with sled dogs for decades. He's been putting out episodes since before it was cool to have a podcast, and without missing a week in the last 15 years. We learned about what Robert has done in his media career and what he will be doing moving forward after purchasing Mushing Magazine. He and his wife will be digitizing about 40 years of the Mushing magazines that have been in storage for decades! We are really excited about all the new stories we will get to hear.

In the first half of the episode Brendan talks to Sean about his experience at the Copper Basin 300 sled dog race. There were a lot of stories that Sean wanted to share after spending 5 days at the race. So understandably, the first "half" of this episode is extra lengthy, enjoy!
