Today it's all about Grapefruit, Pomelo, and Yuzu three similar notes in the citrus family. I love the bittersweet, zinginess of these citrus fruits and they certainly are different than oranges, lemons, lime, bergamot, mandarin oranges, tangerine, clementine's, and more.
