Cossack Squat Tutorial for Beginners and Athletes
In this video I am going to show you how to perform the cossack squat.
First, we will discuss the benefits of the cossack squat and why it can be helpful at increasing hip and knee mobility, increase squat health, and improve flexibility.
Then, I will provide a full breakdown of everything you need to know about the set up, execution, and progressions/regressions that can be done for the Cossack Squat.
