Walkers & Runners Stability Warmup

Use this routine after your initial foam rolling and mobility phase of your warmup and before you head out on the course.
1. Shin/tib raises
2. Calf Raises (do on elevated surface of you are able)
3. Hip Ups
4. Dead Bug ISO
5. Side Plank Leg Raises
