J.S.Bach: The Art of Fugue - Contrapunctus 1 played at Naumburg, Wenzelskirche, by Samuel Kummer

In October 2020 we at AEOLUS have recorded J.S.Bach's "Art of the Fugue" on the famous Zacharias Hildebrandt organ (1746) at the Wenzelskirche in Naumburg with Samuel Kummer, who is the organist of the Frauenkirche in Dresden. AEOLUS is delighted to announce this next exciting release: a double SACD with stereo and multichannel surround sound.
We do not feel immodest in claiming that the music world has never heard such a transparent and spacious recording of this outstanding instrument, which reveals the subtleties of its sound so beautifully.
