Child Protective Service Process - Part 1

Child Protective Services (CPS) aims to protect children and to act in their best interest. The agency helps parents and other family members solve problems that lead to abuse and neglect. Their goal is to provide services and support to help families stay together and to help kids in need to find a safe and stable place to stay. This video explains: types of abuse, how to report abuse and neglect, and the agency's intake process.
