✨ Ingredients:
✔️ Paneer - 200g
✔️ Butter - 2 tbsp
✔️ Onion - 1 (chopped)
✔️ Tomato - 2 (pureed)
✔️ Cashews - 10 (soaked)
✔️ Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
✔️ Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
✔️ Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
✔️ Garam Masala - ½ tsp
✔️ Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
✔️ Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
✔️ Salt - as needed

🔥 Method:
1️⃣ Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
2️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and cook until the oil separates.
3️⃣ Blend cashews with water and add to the gravy for a creamy texture.
4️⃣ Add spices, kasuri methi, and fresh cream. Mix well.
5️⃣ Add paneer cubes, cook for 5 minutes, and serve hot with naan or roti!
