🎶 ⁠I know that Eddie’s music career was seen as kind of a joke because of him being a comedian, but the man could sing (I think of him like “what if Jamie Foxx was talented”). He put out a couple of semi-hit songs in the 80s (my favorite being “Put Your Mouth On Me”), and continues to perform up to today.⁠

Heck, he’s done a bunch of stuff with Snoop Dogg in the past 20 years that was fantastic - and that you wouldn’t even realize was Eddie Murphy unless you watch the video. ⁠
