An investigation into Spam Luncheon Meat and Manila Junk food.

When I arrived in Manila I was amazed to see the diversity of canned meat on the supermarket shelves and even more amazed at the volume and variety of Spam flavours. I had heard of a restaurant that served only Spam dishes (Spam Jam) but found, upon further investigation, that it has closed. However, Spam is still a very popular ingredient in a lot of fast food dishes.

Whether you enjoy eating Spam or not, I hope you enjoy this foray into the fast food world of Manila.
