Recipe - take 3 tbsp Masoor dal, 3 tbsp Moong dal, soak overnight,

take 6-7 tbsp rice soak for 1/2 hour
grind both to a fine paste, add salt to taste and let it rest.

take 50 gms tofu/paneer grated it add grated carrots, coriander leaves, salt, chat masala, chilli powder.

spread the batter on tawa, when cooked from one side, spread tofu carrot mix on chilla, sprinkle podi masala or sambhar masala fold chilla, serve with chatney and carrot curd.( mix grated carrots in the curd and salt pepper, mix)
