Adult violin beginner | 2 years progress video [with 中文字幕&English subtiles]

I am a 26-year-old adult beginner from Hong Kong, and I have been playing the violin for almost two years! For my background of music, I used to play Erhu (almost 10 years) and Dizi (Chinese Bamboo Flute, 2 years) when I was young.

I love all string instruments, especially the violin since I was 5 years old. However, I got motion sickness at that age and could not take vehicles to go for the violin lesson. 20 years later, thanks to one of the concerts (Mar. 25, 2017) I went, it gave me the courage to learn the violin.

I have one violin lesson (45 mins/lesson) every week ever since the start and I practice about 1.5 hours every day. I use Shinozaki series as textbook, also Sevcik and Wohlfahrt as finger practice books.

This video is a collection of parts the videos I recorded since the first month (May. 25th, 2017) to the second year (Apr. 26th, 2019). Because all the videos are recorded by the mobile phone (front and rear cameras), there are mirror-like frames in some of the progress videos, and I am sorry for some typos in the video (Schubert, Shinozaki, etc.).
