1973 Datsun 240Z Restoration Journey

Car was acquired back in 2016, restoration process took more than 3 years.

The 1973 240Z came with a RB25 engine when purchased from the previous owner, unfortunately the engine had issues and was then replaced to an L28E engine from a later 280Z model.

But problems didn't stop there, ECU had issues so I decided to switch to SU twin carbs, the flat tops didn't work well, so had to source round tops which made the car finally run. But it didn't end there as I later on decided to go for Triple Webers 45DCOE.

The car is still a work in progress but managed to drive it around, below are 2 360 video of the car running.
