Forging a "Fryken" Bearded Axe
In this video I show you how I forge the Fryken axe.
It is one of my favorite axes to make and even tough I have made many I still mess up some times and have to figure out and learn from my mistakes. This specific video shows you how I make the Laminated version. That means that the body is made from mild steel and that the edge steel is forge welded to the body. The steel I am using for the edge is ss2090 and it is classified as a spring steel.
Hope you enjoy the video!
