In this video you will be expected to click through to the Github documentation for your project.
You will need to:
Click through to the documentation and scroll down to the README view.
Click through to the project instructions.
Read through and note down the expectations for the program you will write.

You will be expected to note down and understand how your program:
receives commands from the txt file
decides which action to take.
Knows when to change gear.
Understands that the car cannot decelerate into REVERSE from FORWARD and vice versa.
Changes the direction of travel.
