Have you ever heard about this book? The 5 am club has a really simple statement — your life will change if you start waking up at 5am.
I have a few problems with this book and if you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably seen my rant over there a couple of months ago.
But before I start telling you exactly what my problem is, let me make this disclaimer — despite all of its issues, the 5 am Club may still serve a purpose — if this book helps you feel motivated to lead the lifestyle it promotes, and if you can accommodate these principles into your routine without damaging your mental and physical health, great.
However, in many cases — I would even dare to say most cases — this book can be triggering and even damaging. And here’s why.
