How To Start Cross Stitch Without A Knot | Mr X Stitch
The easiest way to start Cross Stitching is the Loop Start. It's simple and efficient and Jamie "Mr X Stitch" Chalmers is here to show you how!
It's worth noting that the Loop Technique isn't suitable for all cross stitching - if you're using variegated threads, folding the thread to create the loop will mix the colours up - but if you're using a single colour, then this is the simplest technique, and it'll keep your back nice and neat too!
If you want to learn to cross stitch, there's only one book you need - The Mr X Stitch Guide to Cross Stitch! It's packed with tips, techinques, wit, wisdom and over 30 designs for you to try out.
