Notes:
Note that with the Whiteblind, you'll need to spend an initial 3-4 seconds doing 4 normal hits (low white damage) before bursting and this could reduce the practical DPS.
For example, you can see Itto with an R5 Whiteblind does 15.58k dps in 18.5s rotation, but if you added 3 seconds to gather the stacks, then it would become 13.4k dps in 21.5s rotation. With the R1 Serpent Spine on the other hand, the worst you could get is 13.25k dps, and 15.39k dps if you don't get hit. (corrosion doesn't affect the stacks I've read on reddit, cmiiw though)
Still, an R1 Redhorn is a win for both character!

These numbers could change at Itto's official release!
Let's try to optimize his rotation when we can finally test it.
