3 sheets of white gelatine

3 egg yolks

70 g of sugar

Mark of 2 vanilla pods

3 tablespoons of kirsch

1 tablespoon of water

250 milliliters of cream



Soak the gelatine in cold water

Put the egg yolk, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and stir until frothy

Express gelatine and dissolve in a little crumbly water over low heat

Whip the cream.

Stir 1 tablespoon under the gelatine - then stir in the custard.

Carefully fold in the cream.



Leave in the fridge for at least two hours.
