Story 5 of my simple life in the mountains of Corsica and some thoughts on how I found inner peace, stillness and nonattachment.

Hello there darling!☀ :) This video feels more personal, includes a whole lotta nuance and felt so much more FUN to make! It's more vlog-ish. I sit down and chat a lot in this video....sharing all the things I've been thinking about this past week and how after going deeper in meditation, I feel a deep sense of nonattachment and thus more compassion, openness and love. There have been many times recently where I felt no longer feel attached to the material world, and I felt overcome with a feeling of inner peace, stillness and acceptance for all that is. I share more about my journey with the struggles of making friends as an expat living abroad in the countryside, fun manifestation stories and more of my personal experiences with meditation.
