“How to live for 100 years and have the impact of 1000 years” is the Idea shared here. Mr. Varun, director and founder Kebabs & Curries, shares some tricks that he has discovered through his personal and professional life which helps in improving personal well being. Mr. Varun Behl, a second-generation entrepreneur, hung up his corporate reins at Marriott International before returning to his roots in Jaipur, Rajasthan to modernize and scale up Kebabs and Curries Company, his family owned and operated restaurant brand. In a span of seven years, Varun Behl has scaled up operations to 15 outlets and 6 brands in various cities of Rajasthan and added a mobile app to the brand, which today has over 16,000 active users and is a great brand engagement tool. Varun Behl’s initiatives for the company in the near future include an interactive catering studio and bringing new technological advancements in food and beverage operations and customer service. He is a seasoned food & beverage and hospitality management professional with experience spanning over 19 years; a decade of which was with Marriott International in India and abroad. Varun Behl today is focused on bringing his forte to food and beverage entrepreneurship.
