Heartbreaking footage of our beloved Ms. B Kate on the streets of Cleveland, Texas just prior to her rescue. 💔🐾

This was the reality of her daily life — surviving outside alone, vulnerable to weather, hunger, traffic, illness, exhaustion, and the constant uncertainty that street dogs endure every single day.

When you look into her eyes here, you can see the weight of survival. The caution. The exhaustion. The loneliness. Dogs living on the streets learn quickly that life is unpredictable and often unsafe. Every day becomes about finding food, avoiding danger, and simply making it to the next sunrise.

Thankfully, compassionate people refused to ignore her suffering. A dedicated street feeder and trapper kept watch over Ms. B Kate, making sure she had food and protection while tirelessly searching for rescue placement through Paws and Tails Sanctuary Animal Rescue Inc.

This video is difficult to watch, but it is also important. It reminds us why rescue matters so deeply. Behind every rescued dog is a story that began with hardship, fear, and survival.

Today, Ms. B Kate is safe, decompressing, learning routine, receiving veterinary care, and slowly discovering trust and stability for the very first time.

We don't know how she got there we don't know what happened to her but no dog deserves to be forgotten on the streets.
