Response to Simon Sinek on the Millennial Question

I'm really glad for those of you who find this useful, that's exactly how I intended it, to be something you can take away, think about, and find use for.

For those of you who are upset that I'm criticising Simon, I don't know what to say. I tried pretty hard to not be unnecessarily critical, in fact rather complimentary; while still exposing the techniques he's using so you can get some use out of them. The main complaint seems to be "You're criticising someone" which is... Well... Ironic, isn't it?
