China's top diplomat Wang Yi started a four-day trip to Russia on September 18, closely watched by South Korea and the West. During Wang’s visit, China and Russia are expected to pledge deeper mutual political trust. Wang last visited Russia in February on the eve of the one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
