David has a background as a finance professional in corporate finance as well as a CFO, having spent time in Hong Kong, Manila, New York and London. His passion for trading began in equities and then options while working in Hong Kong and later onto spot forex. In 2016 he eased back on corporate life and started trading at home. Primarily a reversal scalper of ES and NQ through NinjaTrader, he discovered Bookmap early in 2020 and has since been able to add scale and frequency to his daily trades from a range of setups. He’s a regular Twitter and Discord contributor under TarantinoTrader plus a passionate Spotgamma user with the beloved ‘Unicorns’.
