Authentic "Kabob Khoobideh" in the Oven (or Stovetop) - Cooking with Yousef

Hi Friends -

I have gotten several messages from people who want to make Kabob (Kabab) Khoobideh but they don't have access to a grill or are in a location where they cannot set up a grill. (Or like I did just a year ago, finding yourself at the tail end of a vacation and missing a home-cooked meal, but you're limited with tools :) )

Yes, you can make Persian Kabob Koobideh in the oven, or on the stovetop. While it might not be as juicy as when making it on the grill, you can still enjoy this great meal anytime and anywhere. And best of all, you never have to worry about the meat falling off the skewer.

PS: Adding butter at the end helps!
