Day 5 Embryo Biopsy
Human Blastocyst Trophectoderm biopsy preformed by RGI.
Cells collected from the trophectoderm. The force of the surface tension on the boundary of the biopsy drop and the mineral oil helps to separate the TE cells from the blastocyst. Approximately 5 cells collected from the outer layer of the embryo (trophectoderm) for further genetic testing (PGT).
