A distinctive feature of the all-wheel drive WEY 07 crossover is a high-tech hybrid power plant consisting of a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with a capacity of 150 hp and two electric motors with a capacity of 95 and 109 hp (taking into account the maximum 30-minute power of the engines). At peak output (simultaneous operation of the engine and electric motors), the car produces 517 hp and an impressive 930 Nm of torque. The WEY 07 architecture is implemented according to the parallel hybrid scheme, when the internal combustion engine is not only a source of energy for rotating the generator, but also independently transmits torque to the front axle. The highly efficient power plant provides acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.9 s and develops a maximum speed of 190 km / h. Combined fuel consumption with a fully charged battery is only 0.7 l/100 km according to the NEDC cycle, with a discharged battery - 6.3 l/100 km. Thus, the hybrid architecture of the WEY 07 has a number of advantages: the total power of two electric motors and an internal combustion engine, together with the rapid transmission of torque to the wheels, ensure dynamic acceleration at any speed; driving on electric traction at low speeds reduces the level of noise and vibration of the body; the recuperation function and the ability to drive only on electric traction ensure economical consumption.

The front electric motor is integrated into a two-stage transmission and is located under the hood of the car. The second electric motor is installed on the rear axle of the car and, depending on speed, road or weather conditions, ensures the connection of the all-wheel drive mode. The capacity of the lithium-ion battery, developed by the Chinese company CATL, is 42.5 kW h, the range on the electric motor without recharging is 201 km (according to the NEDC cycle). The maximum combined range is 1,140 km (according to the NEDC cycle). Fast charging of the battery via the GB/T port (0-80%) takes up to 25 minutes, slow charging (0%-100%) takes about 6 hours 30 minutes.

The design of the flagship crossover is modern and laconic. Smooth lines combined with relief stampings create a unity of visual perception and make it aesthetically pleasing and self-sufficient. The front part is elegant and futuristic at the same time. Narrow LED headlights, air intakes and the front part with two-tier optics form a dynamic visual center of the car. The exterior is complemented by roof rails, a panoramic roof with a hatch, tinted glass side windows of the second and third rows of seats, automatically retractable door handles and sills, spectacular 20-inch wheels. The car body is 5156 mm long, the wheelbase is 3050 mm, and the ground clearance is 180 mm. The car has a fairly roomy luggage compartment - 239 liters. The third row seats, when fully folded, form a flat floor, which allows you to increase the trunk volume to 1040 liters. Optimal acoustic comfort for the driver and passengers of the WEY 07 is provided by noise-insulating glazing of the windshield and side windows, an active noise reduction function, additional noise insulation of the engine compartment, rear subframe and suspension elements.

The spacious interior of the full-size WEY 07 is suitable for long trips. Inside, there are comfortable 3 rows of seats and 6 seats. The interior is trimmed with high-quality Nappa leather, the first row seats are equipped with electric adjustments in 12 directions, including the Zero gravity function1, heating, ventilation, massage functions. It is noteworthy that not only the first, but also the second row of seats are equipped with such functionality. Passengers in the second row can use a folding table and curtains on the windows. The seats of the first two rows easily transform into comfortable full-size berths. In the cabin, the driver has access to a 14-inch multimedia system screen and a 25-inch projection display (HUD). The new crossover is equipped with a premium acoustic system with 16 speakers, as well as a digital sound signal processing system.

WEY 07 is equipped with heated windshield and mirrors, washer nozzles, steering wheel, all 3 rows of seats, received anti-corrosion treatment of the body and a washer reservoir of increased volume. The hybrid crossover behaves confidently on the road thanks to the available seven driving modes, including off-road, which allow you to easily move on snow, sand and mud. Much attention is paid to active and passive safety features in the car: the share of high-strength steel in the body frame is 81%, three-stage battery protection, 22 high-precision sensors and cameras that ensure the operation of all kinds of driver assistants, as well as six airbags with side curtains that guarantee the protection of all passengers, including those in the third row.
