REFUND UPDATE 6/22: I got an email that I will be receiving a full refund! Jaclyn has decided to refund everyone who purchased from the launch (even those who got “good” lipsticks and didn’t request refunds or replacements) I commend Jaclyn for doing this and I do believe she is no longer selling the lipsticks on her website.
