INFP Loneliness: What Being Alone is Like and What to Do About It

Ever feel like you're stuck in a pit - alone, separated from the rest of the world, can't reach anyone... scared to be left alone with only the voices in your head? I wanted to talk about what helped me when I was in that situation and a bit about my journey out. As an INFP, loneliness seems to be just part of life, but it doesn't have to be. We have so much to offer the world and I hope that this video 1) helps you see that you're not alone and 2) gets across 1 major lesson. And really, this isn't just about lonely INFPs. Anyone can feel the pain of loneliness. So if you aren't an INFP, you'll still get a lot from this!
