Today, in this video I am going to unbox and perform a full review of the Xiaomi Youpin Five UV-C Sterilization and Disinfection Lamp YSXDD001YS. This device is very relevant for the current times as it can stop virus on surfaces to prevent spread and infections. UVC has been already proven to disinfect viruses and bacteria and are used at hospitals for sterilization. This device features a powerful 32 Watts UVC 254nm lamp manufactured by Philips with a 9000Hrs life and is RoHS certified. It can fully sterilize a room of up to 30 square meters.

The Xiaomi Five UV-C Sterilizer has Wi-Fi connectivity and can be connected to the Mi Home App for remote access. It also features a sensitive motion detection sensor that turns off the UV lamp once any motion is detected for safety. In this review I setup and test all the relevant features of the device.
