Keeping kids active in school Beat the Street Programme
How can we utilise our current environment and get people out and active? Start them young!
Lara goes on a walk with a class from St Clare's School in Harold's Cross to showcase the "Beat the Street" Programme.
She's joined by Kate O'Flaherty from the Department of Health on "Healthy Ireland" a new initiative aimed at getting children active and outdoors, shifting perspectives to prevention through lifestyle changes and exercise.
