Efo Riro Recipe: How To Make Delicious Efo Riro

Efo Riro is a vegetable sauce that pairs well with different staple food like Rice,Semo, Plantain etc.
In this video, I will show you how i prepare my delicious Efo Riro.

Ingredients
4 bunches of spinach
10 medium size red bell peppers
3 chilly peppers
3 scotch bonnet peppers
Cow skin and cow tripes
Stockfish
Smoked catfish
Crayfish
I cup of palm oil
3 ball of onion
1/4 cup of Locust Bean
Bouillon cubes
Salt
