Rwanda is the center (physical center of gravity) of the African continent, home to some of the most beautiful nature and a pleasant place for life. But it was also the site of a storied colonial conflict and a naked explosion of modern desires, symbolized by the movie 'Hotel Rwanda'.

Today, Rwanda is being called the Singapore of Africa, and mobile and finance are at the center of Africa's social and economic development. The recent painful memories and turbulent struggle for healing are reflected in Rwandan contemporary art.

This first exhibition and first visit to Asia unveils the unseen colors of Rwandan art.
