Migrating to Australia a ‘privilege, not a right’: Tony Abbott
Former prime minister Tony Abbott has pointed out that migrating to Australia is a “privilege” and “not a right”.
“There’s a sense in which you’re abusing the privilege if you bring the world’s troubles with you,” he told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“I think people of all faiths and all colours need to show their fellow Australians, regardless of faith and culture, respect.”
