Expatriate Stories: Vilcabamba and Midas Touch
This interview of Ruthhyra and Andres at their restaurant is part of the series Expatriate Stories: Ecuador. In additon to our interviews of expatriates, we occasionally look at some of the cultural and culinary attractions enjoyed by visitors and residents alike. We have interviewed numerous expatriates who have shared their stories, experience and advice about living as expatriates in Ecuador. Each such story is unique. Our project goal is to acquire sponsorships and extend this education and entertainment project to many other locations in the world. We appeal to you for support and your participation.
