Antonov 12 VS C-130 Hercules | Which One Is Better?

I was always intrigued by these two aircraft; Both types generally designed for the same purpose but designed on opposite sides of the planet.
Both visited the Bahamas a lot in September, 2019 as both were tasked to bring relief supplies into the country as a result of Hurricane Dorian.
