Does Blood Stick to a Superhydrophobic Knife?

In this video I test if blood can stick to a superhydrophbic knife. I test beef blood and then my own blood to see if it sticks to the superhydrophobic knife! I check for any red blood cells under the microscope. I use the hydrophibic knife that I used to cut liquid water drops in half.
