Salman had bought an apartment there, and initially, Salman Khan's family had plans to build a residential building. But now, the family has changed their intentions. In reality, Salman Khan's mother, Salma Khan, is the owner of this property, and the proposal to build a hotel in her name was made a year ago. As per the available information, the height of this 19-floor hotel will be 69.9 meters. The hotel will have three basement levels, a café, and a restaurant on the first and second floors. The third floor will have a gym and a swimming pool, while the fourth floor will serve as a service floor. The convention center will be located on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, and floors 7 to 19 will be used for the hotel.
