HAKRC F722 Flight Controller - Testing 37 FC's FAST from Cyclone FPV

After two HAKRC F722 Boards were returned as being defective, I decided to open all of them and test them to make sure that there were no factory issues on my end. Both customers stated that the boards were defective via USB Power and would not power up. I tested 37 boards and was not able to duplicate the issue. That being said, I believe that there may be a USB Voltage issue from the customer but I cannot confirm. I have contacted HAKRC who request a video and this is what I have to show them. On our end, in the builds that I have done, I have not seen the issue either but we are going to keep looking.
