Photoshop Senior Edition: The Ansel Adams Effect or Technique

This video shows you how to take a color image, turn it into a Black and white, then give it a similar look to an Ansel Adams photograph. It provides complete control over the whites and blacks of the image and a wonderful range of grays. This allows you to build dramatic black and white images in your computer just as Adams did in the darkroom where he would dodge and burn images and use filtration. This just may change your whole attitude on black and white images and encourage to try it on portraits as well.
