WHEN a selfie caused her to burst into tears, Stacy Blair decided she needed to change. The 31-year-old from Minneapolis, Minnesota, US, stepped on the scales in September 2017 and was upset to see she weighed 352.4lbs. Determined to lose the weight for the sake of her health, Stacy began her journey. She managed to lose an incredible 220lbs over the course of 18 months naturally. Due to a knee injury preventing her from working out, this weight loss was largely the result of a healthy diet. Following a bike accident in June 2019, Stacy began her fitness journey in January 2020 and has maintained a 200lbs weight loss since September 2017. As a healthy lifestyle coach she now helps others achieve their goals. Stacy told Truly: “I have a quote that I say to people now because it was my biggest turning point: 'find your why that is stronger than your most powerful excuse'.”
