The ultimate goal: to be as strong and fit as possible at all times, minimising injuries, and sustaining it for life.
This requires not only effort and will power, but also considerable knowledge of how muscles and the body work and respond to exercise. This knowledge is what we are after in this series.
In this episode I focus on shoulders, showing all the possible exercises and variations to target the shoulder muscles, with pro and cons and other tips and lessons.
Watching the first episode of this series first will help you better understand the terminology of the other 6, including this one. So I recommend starting with episode 1, and then the other episodes can be watched at random.

To show the widest possible range of exercises, I needed a vast amount of equipment at my disposal. Technogym, gave me access to their complete product range, located at their headquarters (where this series was filmed). This really allowed me to be as thorough as possible in this series.
