Sarah returns the bow to Stephen Amell at the Arrow panel - SDCC 2019

Sarah is a cancer fighter that asked Stephen Amell if he was going to make more "Fight Cancer" shirts for his charity 2 years ago. He was so touched by her question, he gave her a necklace he was wearing and said to bring it back.
