Weight Watchers Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats | 5 Smart Points, High Protein!

Pumpkin spice overnight oats that are high protein and Weight Watchers friendly at only 5 Smart Points?! Sign me up. Expand box for full recipe.
Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats Recipe:
-1/2 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (0 sp)
-1/2 C Canned Pumpkin (0 sp)
-1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats (4 sp)
-1 Scoop Quest Protein Powder: I use cinnamon crunch to stick with the pumpkin spice flavor profile, but vanilla or salted caramel work well too
*If you use a different brand of protein the Smart Points Value might change*
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (0 sp)
-1 tsp cinnamon (0 sp)
-1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (0 sp and really gives it a richer texture)
-1 zero calorie sweetener packet (I use stevia to keep in natural) (0 sp)
- A few drops of vanilla (0 sp)
Combine all ingredients and put in desired container. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. When you're ready to eat them, uncover and pop in microwave until they reach your desired temperature. I usually cook mine at 1 minute increments, stirring after each minute, and they're heated through in 3 minutes.
