S2 E00 Lightroom Classic 9 3 Updates

I guess this is the preliminary start of Season 2 after an extended break. Adobe have a whole slew of updates in the entire Lightroom and Camera Raw ecosystem, and here we're looking at the features.

Just a note on the new crop overlay: Both the cross and the + are there. I was assuming it would be a Shift-O overlay change, but it's straight O. Honestly I think should be Shift-O to alternate between them. My bad.
