1. Ask empowering questions
2. The universe will answer, listen, be available.
3. You grow where your planted, your purpose is wherever you are now and momentum and potential get activated from where you are now.
4. Practise and give up resistance to circumstances
5. Prayer, meditation, life visioning
6. Let go release resistance, trust universe.

4 Stages of Spiritual Growth
1 - Victim consciousness
2 - Manifesting, Visualising, Affirmations, Intentions, Talking about your Vision and Possibilities. Dark Night of the Soul (Pain pushes until vision pulls)
3 - FLOW Being a Channel (Frequent encounters with the Zone or Flow. Allow yourself to be the channel in which the Divine can flow. No mind.
4 - One with God. Feel connected, oneness with the infinite. Increasing your frequency.
