What about the murderer to kill as many as they can. In Buddhism context right view it is to understand and accept that every actions that are performed create consequence. In other words, to believe and accept the law of karma. Understand on this path it will lead ones to have the right thought. Now it is connect here that when people think they will speak and when they speak, they would act. That's how it is connected. That right view is very important. It will lead to right thought, right speech and right action.
