This is a very simple recipe, really. It doesn’t take long to throw together This dish reminds me so much of the hearty chicken stews I grew up enjoying today i will teach you how to make chicken stew in muslim style or you can say asian style chicken stew muslim style is very mild not a spicy hope you wil like this recipe
Ingredients
1 medium chicken
2 medium onion
2 inc ginger
3 tablespoons garlic paste
Oil 1 cup
Salt to taste
3/4 green chilli
5/6 red dry chili
1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons dry coriander
1 tablespoons cumin seeds
10 black pepper
3/4 green cardamom
1 black Cardamom
5 cloves
2 bey leaves
1 Cinnamon stick small
1 teaspoon mixed spices
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
