CBP Agent Caves After I call His Boss - Checkpoint Refusal

This illegal checkpoint is north of Sierra Vista, AZ.

In order for a federal agent to conduct a search he must satisfy the requirements set forth in amendment 4 of the US Constitution. Namely, but upon probably cause, a warrant must be issued with the person, place, and objects to be searched.

Additionally, you are not required to answer questions or incriminate yourself due to amendment 5 of the US Constitution.

These men are breaking federal law and are therefor law-breakers, or criminals.

Please voice your concerns to Agent Miller @ 520-384-7200 and Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels @ 520-432-9500. Encourage them to honor their oaths, protect the liberty of their neighbors, and shut down this checkpoint.
